Cabeza De Llave is on a long losing sequence but arrives in good nick and rates next best ahead of low-mileage The Bear Of Saints and course specialist Gustav Graves.

Landed 5f novice here in March for Karl Burke. Best effort for current yard when fourth at Lingfield (5f, all-weather) in August. Run best ignored (badly hampered 2f out) when last of 12 at Southwell (6f) last month. Hood/tongue strap retained here.
Gustav Graves
A 7-time C&D winner. Off since coming in only eighth of 9 in 6f handicap here 6 months ago. Enters calculations if fully tuned up for his comeback run.

Scored at Leicester (5f) on stable debut last summer. However, ended the season out of form and little encouragement thus far this time around.

Sole success came over C&D for Robert Cowell in March. Went without usual headgear and not disgraced at Musselburgh and Newcastle on last 2 starts for Gary Harrison. Considered with visor back on for another new yard here.
Cabeza De Llave
Twenty-one runs since his last win in 2024 but comes here in good nick, fourth of 11 in handicap over C&D 25 days ago. In the picture off a slipping mark.

Only success came at Beverley (5f) in May 2024 and he's beaten just one rival in his last 4 runs.
