Timeform View

Preference is for C&D winner JORDAN BREEZE, who has dropped to a handy mark and signalled a return to form at the Curragh earlier this month. The Adrian McGuinness duo Blue Anthem and One Cool Bear head the list of dangers.

Timeform Comments

One Cool Bear (IRE)
Capitalised on a reduced mark when scoring at Bellewstown (5f) earlier this month and back to that sort of form when creditable third of 21 in handicap (14/1) at Navan (6f, soft) 9 days ago. Respected.
Aughlish (IRE)
Reached the frame in 3 sprint maidens here earlier in the year. Has gone the wrong way since, however, and is very hard to recommend at present.
Blue Anthem
Three-time winner for George Boughey in 2025. Without a win so far this year when initially trained by G.O'Leary but has run well in both starts for new connections, latest when creditable fifth of 14 in handicap at this course (6f) 7 days ago. Merits consideration.
Caislean Ni Cuan (IRE)
Yet to score in 8 attempts and arrives on back of poor run at Gowran (7f, soft, 13/2) 11 days ago. Work to do on polytrack debut.
Simmering Seas (IRE)
Yet to win but has largely run well for this yard. Seemed stretched by longer trip here a fortnight ago and can make her presence felt.
Bye Bye Now (IRE)
Made a winning handicap debut over C&D in March and backed that up with good in-frame efforts next 2 starts. Not been in same form since, though, and is now tried in cheekpieces.
Jordan Breeze (IRE)
C&D winner who got back on scoreboard at Cork in May. Not troubled the judge since but took a step back in right direction when fifth of 17 in handicap at the Curragh (5f, soft) 15 days ago. Enters calculations.
Treasured Royal (IRE)
Navan maiden winner on second start but her form has gone the wrong way in handicaps this year, again finishing well held back at Navan 23 days ago.
Subiaco (IRE)
Got off the mark on handicap bow over C&D in January but largely disappointed on next few starts. However, returned to form, on debut for new yard when creditable third of 12 in handicap over C&D (18/1) 28 days ago. Claims if building on that.
Gaineamh Min (IRE)
Well held in 3 maidens and looks quite harshly treated on handicap debut here.
Steel Magnolia (IRE)
Seen to best effect when doubling her tally at Naas in August (form franked since) and made the frame off higher marks on next 2 starts. Needs to bounce back from poor run at the Curragh latest, though.
Spirit Of Eagles (IRE)
Turned in best effort for some time when landing optional claimer at Fairyhouse (6f) in May but has disappointed more recently, including on yard debut at Laytown last month. Switched to new stable now.
Whatswrongnow (IRE)
Long-standing maiden who was placed for the seventh time this year when third of 14 at Roscommon in August. Below form since, however.
Star Allure (IRE)
Made more impact than previously this season when 1¼ lengths third of 9 to One Cool Bear in handicap (18/1) at Bellewstown (5f, soft) 29 days ago. However, she remains winless after 21 Flat starts.
Gonirianbotharleat (IRE)
Showed first form when seventh of 21 in handicap at Navan (6f, soft) 9 days ago but needs more to play a part here. RESERVE.
Inishmot Prince (IRE)
Took advantage of reduced mark when scoring here in January, his tenth success at this venue. Unable to trouble the judge since, however. RESERVE.
All Hail (IRE)
Maiden who disappointed at Cork on his penultimate start but wasn't disgraced making all-weather bow when fourth of 14 in a 6f maiden at this course last month. However, finished well held on debut for new yard here 2 days ago. RESERVE.
