Timeform View

Preference is for DALER who has continued in good heart since his Leopardstown success in June, not seen to entirely best effect when third over C&D last time. He could be ready to get back to winning ways, though Suir Monad isn't taken lightly having shown improved form on his last 2 starts. Send Harry completes the shortlist.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

There is a chance of a pace burnout early, and Suir Monad and Send Harry are two who could suffer: A strong early pace seems highly likely. Art Gallery and Bishopton could be suited by being ridden further from the pace.

Timeform Comments

Daler (IRE)
C&D winner a year ago who also scored at Leopardstown (9f) in June. Has been holding his form well since, beaten only by a pair ridden more prominently back here 3 weeks ago. Major player back down slightly in grade.
Bishopton (IRE)
Has won twice over 7f at this course, the latest on his return in March. Mixed record on turf since and, having attracted support after 3 months off, finished last of 13 over this C&D 3 weeks ago, though lost his chance at the start. This run should reveal more.
Send Harry (IRE)
Got off the mark at this course (7f) in September last year and runner-up on his next 2 visits to this track, before doubling his tally in 14-runner contest here 3 weeks ago. Enters calculations up in trip, with stamina on dam's side of pedigree.
Snow Light
Winner of a 7f Chelmsford maiden on third start last year for Charlie Appleby. However, after 9 months off she went with little promise on handicap/stable debut when last of 11 at Gowran 9 days ago. Cheekpieces reached for.
Son Of Beauty (IRE)
Confirmed debut promise when winning maiden over this C&D in March. Has been running well in turf handicaps since, having excuses on penultimate start before creditable fifth of 16 at Leopardstown 12 days ago.
Alissam (IRE)
Made a successful debut over 7f here in November last year before showing better form in defeat in 2 starts the following month. After 10 months off, shaped encouragingly sent handicapping when 2¾ lengths fifth of 13 over this C&D 3 weeks ago. Could be in the mix.
Art Gallery (IRE)
Signed off her juvenile campaign with success in a 7f Newcastle novice and followed up in handicap at Kempton (1m) in March. Only fifth of 8 at Wetherby next time, but she could fare better back on all-weather. Off 6 months ahead of first run since leaving James Ferguson.
Flame Of Forest (IRE)
Off the mark on second run for Karl Burke last year and good runner-up efforts on all-weather to end the campaign (handicap debut final outing). However, he hasn't offered much in 4 starts since joining current yard.
Suir Monad (IRE)
Making only second handicap start, justified support when opening his account at Killarney (1m) early this month. Ran at least as well when fourth of 19 at the Curragh (9f) 15 days ago and he can make another bold bid.
Time Bender (IRE)
Won maiden at Leopardstown (7f) on debut but hasn't kicked on since, doing too much too soon on second start this season when down the field in 8.5f handicap at the Galway festival. Off 3 months since ahead of switch to all-weather.
Lady In Gold (IRE)
Left debut form behind when winning 14-runner maiden over this C&D in February. Looked rusty after 8 months off when last of 9 in handicap at Navan 23 days ago, so she's entitled to step forward from her recent run.
Stars Will Shine (IRE)
Looked potentially useful when landing 7f maiden at Down Royal in September last year. Had possible excuses on first 3 starts in handicaps this season, but finished only seventh of 11 at Naas (10.5f) 19 days ago. Cheekpieces fitted for all-weather debut.
Golddream (FR)
Much improved from debut when winning maiden over this C&D in April. Hasn't found any progress since, though ran best race in handicaps (sent off favourite) when 3 lengths sixth of 13 back here 3 weeks ago, despite not being ideally placed.
Gavoo (IRE)
Successful twice last year, including 6f minor event at this course on final outing, but has been struggling for form of late. From his falling mark, was sent off favourite when seventh of 12 over C&D on Wednesday, though was left poorly placed after a slow start.
Ohailbhic (IRE)
Back-to-back winner over this C&D in March. Below form in 2 starts on turf during the summer, but took a step back in the right direction when never-nearer fourth of 12 at this course (7f) 2 weeks ago. One to note back up in trip. RESERVE.
Howyoulikethat (IRE)
Last victory came back in July 2023. However, he's a 3-time C&D winner and after 11 weeks off he took a step back in the right direction when fourth of 12 here on Wednesday, despite having not been ideally placed. RESERVE.
No More Porter (IRE)
Is being kept busy and his losing sequence continues to mount up, running one of this season's lesser races when seventh of 23 in handicap at the Curragh 10 days ago. RESERVE.
