Timeform View

If CAVALLO PAZZO is in the same form as when scoring over C&D a couple of weeks ago he might be able to defy the handicapper. Pit Boss, Ey Up He's A Star and Victory Sound are others likely to be on the premises.

Timeform Comments

Cavallo Pazzo (IRE)
Rejuvenated by the application of a visor when back to winning ways over C&D a fortnight ago. Well on top at the finish and even a 10 lb rise may not stop him if the headgear works again.
Starliner (IRE)
C&D winner. Latest win over 1m here in September. Performed respectably when 3 lengths eighth of 12 at this course (1m) 10 days ago. Cheekpieces back on.
Ey Up He's A Star
C&D winner who has been back in fine form since the cheekpieces went on, winning 1m Ayr handicap in July and returning from a break to place twice over 1m here this autumn. Likely to go well again.
Wish This
Course winner. 5/1, respectable sixth of 12 in handicap at this course (6f) 10 days ago, looking unlucky not to finish closer after being denied a clear run.
The Cookstown Cafu
Strong in the market and took advantage of a reduced mark on 1m course reappearance in April but he's struggled in just 2 outings since, including back from 4 months off on Southwell's tapeta 5 weeks ago.
Supreme Lillia
Encouraging third of 7 on C&D debut last November but has failed to build on that since, including 6f course handicap debut 18 days ago. The return to 7f should help but others arrive with more pressing claims.
Pit Boss
Regular slow starter who managed to win twice over 6f here earlier in the year. Back on form when third of 12 here (6f again) 10 days ago. Just as effective at 7f. Considered.
Pallas Lord (IRE)
C&D winner in February but hasn't offered much in 2 turf outings back from a break in recent weeks. His hopes are pinned on a return to all-weather sparking a revival.
Victory Sound (IRE)
Took advantage of his much reduced mark over C&D last month. Only fifth at Kempton next time but back on form when close third of 13 over C&D since.
Kitaab
Course winner but on a losing run and his recent effort behind Cavallo Pazzo over C&D doesn't suggest he's likely to snap it soon.
