KNOMOREDIAMONDS gets the nod for a stable who have saddled several to win on reappearance in recent weeks. Hat-trick-seeking Blue Las is feared most from her lower hurdle mark.

Timeform Comments

Serious Chat (IRE)
Enjoyed a productive 2025/26, winning with a bit in hand from 3 lb lower at Haydock (3m) in April. Struggled up in grade over same C&D next time, though, and he made a low-key chasing debut on return to action at Worcester (23f) last month.
Blue Las
Versatile mare with a fine strike rate. Chased home a couple of useful mares in Sandown Grade 2 as a novice hurdler. Finished first season over fences with a couple of small-field victories, latterly in listed race at Exeter in February. Appeals bidding for hat-trick off 6 lb lower hurdle mark.
Knomorediamonds (FR)
Bookended last season with dominant victories in heavy-ground handicaps, the form of his latest win at Ayr in April reading well (beat a useful sort). Likely to be ready to roll, and he merits serious consideration even with conditions not as testing as ideal.
Loch Cuan (IRE)
Lightly-raced 5-y-o. Made the most of his obvious stamina when landing back-to-back events at Cartmel in May/June this year. Ran too badly to be true up in class for his hat-trick bid at Down Royal (3m) in August. Seemingly has plenty to find at the weights to resume winning ways on handicap bow.
An Mhi (IRE)
Once-fairly useful performer over hurdles. Clearly been hard to train in recent years. Now starts out for another new handler, 17 months on from showing nothing on chasing debut for R. K. Watson.
Eagles Reprieve (IRE)
Polished display when fairly useful winner of Kelso novice in March. Didn't fire behind stablemate Knomorediamonds the following month, though had been steadily progressive prior to that. Ran well on return last year and perhaps worth another chance upped to 3m (bred to stay very well).
The G Wizard (IRE)
Low-mileage 6-y-o. Confirmed himself a stayer in the making when chasing home a fairly useful type on handicap bow at Musselburgh (2½m) in March. Duly found some improvement when 1½-length third over this trip at Perth on return. Firmly in the mix with another step forward.
