Roc Dino (FR)
Fairly useful sort who finished tenth in the Martin Pipe at Cheltenham in March. Suited by the emphasis on speed when landing the odds either side of a creditable second to a useful one at the Galway Festival. May need to improve for the step up to 3m, though, and doesn't look a guaranteed stayer.
Minella Emperor (IRE)
Didn't fire either start after a career-best second in valuable staying handicap at Haydock last season. Arrives on the back of a confidence-boosting win in a 3-runner C&D novice on return. Proven stayer who is entitled to be thereabouts on the pick of his form.
Siege Of Carthage (IRE)
Fairly useful type. Off the mark in a Limerick maiden on hurdling debut. Back on track without advancing his form when 12 lengths behind Minella Emperor in first-time cheekpieces here last time. Unlikely to reverse that form, even with a pull at the weights.
Theflyingking (IRE)
Point/bumper winner. Unlucky not to make a successful hurdling debut this time last year. Undone by his quirks when second in Navan Grade 3 prior to being turned over in a Down Royal maiden on return in May. Ought to stay 3m and while he has the most ability of these, he isn't one for maximum faith.
Too Hot To Trot (IRE)
Runner-up in a point. Showed more ability than the bare result might suggest in a heavy-ground bumper at Limerick in April. Backed up that impression with smooth-travelling second on hurdling debut at Listowel (2¾m) in September. Going the right way, but this may be a bridge too far at this stage.
Amina (GER)
Fair bumper performer. Confirmed the promise of her hurdling debut when landing a mares maiden at Ballinrobe (2¾m) in August. This is considerably tougher, for all she may improve again up in trip in first-time cheekpieces.
