SIR BENJI is the best of these on the Flat and could be the way to go before any betting clues. Maxminelli is another of the more likely contenders, while Mahzuz's hurdles experience will count for plenty.

Timeform Comments

Factor Five (USA)
Vekoma gelding. Half-brother to numerous winners on Flat, including Strike The Bell. Dam maiden on Flat in US. The only one of these without experience but yard (has 3 runners here) has sent out a couple of juvenile hurdle winners in recent weeks.
Mahzuz (IRE)
Well beaten in Flat maiden in March but showed much more sent hurdling 7 months on when fourth at Punchestown 3 weeks ago, outpaced after 2 out. Might want further already.
Maxminelli (IRE)
Fair maiden on the Flat (held his form well at up to 1½m this summer) for this stable. Tongue tied for hurdles debut and must be of interest.
Sir Benji (IRE)
Fairly useful Flat winner (stays 12.5f). Makes hurdles debut after just 4 starts and has to be respected.
Threebiggulps
Maiden well beaten in 6 runs on the Flat this year. Hard to fancy on hurdles debut.
Willofthepeople (IRE)
Modest maiden on the Flat for Ger Lyons. Unproven beyond 5f in that sphere so tricky to make a case for on hurdles debut.
Belle Nuit (IRE)
Fair maiden on the Flat, though unproven beyond 8.5f. One of 3 runners for yard that has had a couple of successful hurdlers first time up in this sphere in recent weeks.
Ella's Gold (IRE)
Modest maiden on the Flat (stays 10.5f). Related to some fairly useful hurdlers on her dam's side.
Espritroyale (IRE)
Fair maiden on the Flat up to 1¾m, runner-up twice in handicaps this summer. Has the make of a hurdler and a market move would be interesting.
Premier Princess (IRE)
Little form, always behind on hurdles debut at Listowel in September.
Sazerac Dance (IRE)
Little impact in a quartet of Flat starts. Looks the outsider of the yard's 3 runners.
Shushi
Fair maiden on Flat (stays 1¾m) for Andrew Balding (sold 28,000gns). Some appeal on paper now switched to hurdles. Yard also runs the experienced Mahzuz.
Star Of Tara (IRE)
Well beaten in 5 runs on the Flat. Tongue strap on for hurdles debut.
