Expensive French-recruit VIVRE LE REVE fared much better on his third start for this yard at Ffos Las in the spring and so could be worth chancing on handicap/chase bow. Away For The Night and Superstylin are solid alternatives.

Got off the mark in 2m novice hurdle at Wetherby a year ago and finally matched that form when third to Granny Hawkins at Stratford on her final start. Off 6 months. Makes chase debut (chasing type).
Touquet (FR)
Improved model with tongue tie added, landing back-to-back wins at Huntingdon last winter. Made mistakes but still ran to form when runner-up both starts since. Off 7 months.
Granny Hawkins
Completed a hat-trick in smooth fashion at Stratford in April. Ran at least as well when close third at Market Rasen in July but found her run of good form coming to a halt both starts last month. Since sold from Alan King for £3,000 and new yard now sends her chasing.
Superstylin (IRE)
Won 3 times last season and also placed on numerous occasions. Goes well fresh so can make presence felt once again on return.
Reteti
Gained a deserved first success over hurdles at Stratford in August and made a decent start over fences when third of 5 at Newton Abbot 17 days ago.
Away For The Night (IRE)
Already a much better chaser than hurdler, winning 2 of his 4 starts, including at Worcester on return 3 weeks ago despite a bad mistake 2 out. Remains of interest.
Myrighthandman (IRE)
Point winner. Showed promise when twice placed over hurdles in February but failed to build on that after, including on chase bow/return. Needs further than this.
Poncho (FR)
Flat/hurdles winner. Fell when last seen over hurdles in January and was always behind on first run since back on the level at Goodwood (won race last year) last month. Makes chase debut.
Vivre Le Reve
Expensive purchase following successful hurdle debut in France. Faltered tamely first 2 starts for this yard but much more like it when fourth at Ffos Las in April. Interesting chase/handicap debutant, particularly with age allowance.
