I BID YOU AJOU has dropped to his last winning mark and gets the vote with the cheekpieces back on returning to a venue where he usually goes well. Real Encounter, Navan winner Coincidental Glory and the thriving Caffu Zafeen are dangers.

Timeform Comments

By The Lake (IRE)
Dual winner for Ger Lyons as a juvenile (including at this track). Made a positive reappearance for new yard fitted with a hood when narrowly denied at Navan (6f) 10 weeks ago and considered off the same mark.
Collective Power (IRE)
Four-time C&D winner who went as close as he has this year when beaten a head at Laytown 8 weeks ago fitted with a tongue tie. Big shout if in the same sort of form after a break.
Real Encounter (IRE)
Off the mark in 5f maiden here in April and mostly good efforts since in handicaps, running creditably having been a bit lost in the middle of the track in big-field contest at Cork 8 weeks ago. One to consider back at Dundalk.
I Bid You Ajou (FR)
Runner-up 4 times this year, including twice in July. Not so good at the Curragh the last twice (stiff task first occasion) but back on last winning mark now and usually goes well at this track. One to consider in refitted headgear.
Caffu Zafeen (IRE)
Is thriving on racing and made pretty short work of another 8 lb rise to bring up a quick-fire hat-trick in 5f handicap here 5 weeks ago. Another 10 lb hit to overcome in a tougher race but he's impossible to ignore.
Fox In Flight
5f maiden winner here last December but has been operating below his best, failing to revive for the fitting of a tongue strap at Cork when last seen 8 weeks ago.
Gotta Catch'em All (IRE)
Has thrived since being reinvented as a sprinter but looked to have gone off the boil early in September following a busy spell. Has run well on both previous visits here and could figure if he's freshened up.
Sovereign Cry (IRE)
Bounced back to form when gaining a first handicap success at Naas (5f) in July but mostly below par since, not helping his cause with slow starts.
Coincidental Glory (IRE)
Got off the mark for the season back in a 0-60 when taking 21-runner 6f Navan handicap a fortnight ago. Had a good spell here last winter and can make his presence felt after a 7 lb rise.
