Timeform View

UNERRING was hooded for his debut and produced a promising effort when finishing third behind a pair that boasted prior experience at Southwell 4 weeks ago, coming from further back and staying on well. Looking sure to improve, not least now upped in trip, he could be the answer. Godolphin newcomer Silken Warrior makes obvious appeal, with Basics and Cabeceo 2 fellow debutants to note. Prince of Petra is another expected to step forward from his opening effort.

Basics (IRE)
Foaled March 18. Space Blues gelding. Dam, 1m-1¼m winner, sister to useful 8.5f winner in US Startup Mentality. Has the assistance of Billy Loughnane for debut and his excellent stable are more than capable of readying one. Wears tongue strap.
Cabeceo (IRE)

Noble Archer
Stoutly bred Stradivarius colt who hails from a family his yard knows well and promise to glean from his debut fourth in a Southwell novice (1m) 3 weeks ago, nearest at the finish without being knocked about. Looks bound to improve, not least when stamina is drawn out further.
Prince Of Petra (IRE)
€65,000 yearling who boasts a classy pedigree but was green in the preliminaries/in race when fourth of 5 in a Nottingham novice (1m, soft) 4 weeks ago, that hindering his finishing effort. However, in top hands and he looks sure to leave that behind as he gains experience.
