CREST OF ARMS is by far the least exposed of the quintet, and he's fancied to make a winning handicap debut for an in-form yard. Course regular Ez Tiger narrowly edges out Stroll On By as the pick for the forecast, in a race where it's hard to rule out any.

Runner-up in 2½m course handicap (won sole previous start here over C&D) in February. Underlined his inconsistency when well beaten at Newbury final start last season. Has 3 wins from 6 starts in class 5 handicaps and cannot be discounted if ready to go following another breathing operation.
Basilette (IRE)
Quirky mare who can flatter to deceive. Did well to get a second career Flat victory over the line at Brighton last month. Shaped as if still in form when 6¼-length third of 5 over C&D latest. No guarantee that this will unfold more favourably, though is at least back down in grade.
Stroll On By (IRE)
Let down by his jumping over fences in second half of 2025. Held every chance when unseating 3 out at Leicester on latest start in December. Capitalised on a lower hurdles mark following a similar absence last summer and needs a close look from 3 lb lower this time around.
Ez Tiger (IRE)
Solid operator at this level. Back in class 5 company when narrowly recording a third C&D success here last time, repeating his victory in the race 12 months prior. Weighted to go close again, for all he's yet to defy a mark in the 100s.
Crest Of Arms
Better than the bare result when seventh in listed Cheltenham bumper in January. Bumped into one on hurdling debut at Hexham prior to being turned over in a messy race at Worcester in May. Effectively his first time with tongue strap fitted and looks interesting now handicapping at a lowly level.
