FENAROLI shaped with plenty of promise when third behind a couple boasting prior experience at Kempton 4 weeks ago, coming from much further back than that pair in the process. Very well bred and looking sure to improve, this looks a good opening for Harry Charlton's colt. Bombora is very much a work in progress but Karl Burke's colt may well still emerge as the chief threat.

Well-related Baaeed colt who has very much looked a work in progress in 2 starts to date, green and keeping on for hands-and-heels riding when third at Redcar (7f) 33 days ago. Appeals as the type to flourish both physically and mentally next season but still expected to play a part.
Fenaroli
Frankel colt. Brother to 1½m winner Keeper. 10/1, shaped well when third in a Kempton novice (7f) on debut 4 weeks ago, lacking experience of front 2 and starting his effort from further back. In very good hands and he looks the one to beat with progress forthcoming.
Harrow On The Hill (IRE)
115,000 gns 2-y-o, St Mark's Basilica colt. Ran to a similar level as on debut with a hood added when fifth of 14 in a C&D novice 17 days ago. Looks the type to make a more significant impact in handicaps after this qualifying run.
Kesari
Study of Man colt. Dam, 7f/1m winner, half-sister to useful 8.6f-1¼m winner Persona Grata. Down the field at long odds both starts to date at Kempton/Haydock. Type his very shrewd yard does well with in handicaps.
Knightbolt (IRE)
165,000 gns yearling, Kodiac colt. Showed a bit more than on debut despite failing to see things out when eighth of 12 in maiden at Newcastle (6f) 5 weeks ago. Will need to step forward again if he's to trouble the principals.
Leabank (IRE)
Looked in need of the experience when sixth of 7 in a Redcar novice (7f) at the start of last month and he went backwards from that having been keener than ideal when filling same spot returned to that C&D 10 days ago. Looks more of a low-grade handicap project.
Munajad (IRE)
Son of Oasis Dream and closely related to some smart sorts but he was easy to back and looked badly in need of initial experience when sixth of 7 on Newmarket debut (1m) 2 weeks ago. Will do better at some point.
Rogue Inferno (IRE)
€45,000 2-y-o, Sioux Nation colt. Showed only greenness when last of 9 in a 1m maiden here on debut 44 days ago. Gelded since.
The Dark Prince (IRE)
Foaled February 17. €50,000 yearling, Dark Angel gelding. Half-brother to French 2-y-o 9f winner Yaa Wale. Dam maiden (stayed 1¼m) half-sister to useful 1m/8.3f winner Burke's Rock. Yard 1-20 with their 2-y-o newcomers this season.
