SEA WARRIOR surpassed his hurdling form at first time of asking over fences when a ready winner here 2 weeks ago and his follow-up claims appear to be bright. Ahanaglogh was on the up from his low base when last seen and is a threat on reappearance, along with Koenigsstern.

Inexperienced but ultimately proved a different proposition sent chasing when an impressive winner at this track over 2¼m 2 weeks ago. 8 lb rise doesn't look enough to prevent the follow up.

Flat bred but took pretty well to fences last season, landing 17f handicaps at Plumpton and this venue before short of room close home when second of 3 at Wincanton. Different tactics against him final start and he's fit from a spin on the level, albeit a low-key one. Blinkers back on.
Koenigsstern (IRE)
Course winner who found only one too good in a pair of small-field handicaps to end last season. Has gone pretty well fresh in the past and Tom Cannon takes over for the first time.
Constantinian (IRE)
Fairly useful bumper winner but lightly raced since and didn't really come up to expectations over hurdles. Usual tongue tie again left off on this chase debut.
Mutley Crew (FR)
Low mileage for her age and opened chase account at the third attempt here in December. Followed that with a near-miss on Boxing Day before showing improved form when quickly resuming winning ways at Wincanton. Fell early when last seen in February and she's entitled to need this.
Ahanaglogh (IRE)
Placed both starts in points and he immediately enhanced what he achieved in 3 novice hurdle runs when second on chase debut at Hereford in February. Backed that up when runner-up at Leicester 2 weeks later and he could resume his progress this season.
Glancing Back
Minor promise only so far but was in process of making a reasonable start to her chasing career until falling 2 out at Hereford in March. Off since and now goes up in distance. 4 lb out of the weights.
