ALL IN YOU looks well treated on his win on softish ground at Sandown last winter and, fit from the Flat, can make a successful return to hurdling under Sean Bowen. Support for Dan Skelton French recruit Lyssenko would make him a potential big threat. Scottish Champion winner Dedicated Hero may prove best of the remainder.

Timeform Comments

Dedicated Hero (IRE)
Ended last season on a high, making it 2-2 following a breathing operation when completing a handicap double in the Grade 2 Scottish Champion Hurdle. Shaped as if better for run when last of 8 in 17f Carlisle listed hurdle on return and should be sharper now.
Bucephalus (GER)
Likeable front runner who backed up his Newcastle success in March with an excellent third at Haydock (2m, good) in April. Ran one of his lesser races in the Swinton back at Haydock in May. Freshened up since and returns with Neil Mulholland among the winners.
Manuelito
Resumed progress following 7 months off when successful at Newton Abbot (17f) last October. Fell at Ascot a month later and not seen since. Evidently capable when fresh but a watching brief is perhaps the percentage call.
All In You (FR)
Second start for Warren Greatrex when readily quickening clear to land a solid Sandown handicap (2m, good to soft) in January. Fair fourth to Dedicated Hero in Scottish Champion at Ayr in April. Arrives fit from some creditable efforts on Flat and likely has bigger performances in him over hurdles.
Lyssenko (FR)
Unbeaten in 3 hurdles in France (all soft/heavy) for Gabriel Leenders last winter. Bought for €210,000 in February. Market confidence significant having joined Dan Skelton.
Star Of Guiting (IRE)
Strong traveller. Proved a different model for current yard when landing back-to-back races at Musselburgh in January. Has often been better than result in defeat since and likely needed his latest Perth outing after 5 months off.
King Ulanda (IRE)
Won chase at Bangor and hurdle at Uttoxeter at the start of the season. Has remained in form since but the handicapper appears to have him about right.
