Timeform View

MOYLUSSA arrives on the back of a solid Cork effort, form boosted by the winner since, and looks well treated on that evidence now back in handicap company, with Shellrunforbriggs feared most after an encouraging return from 5 months off at Galway last time and Latopix respected now switched to chasing for a yard that excels in this sphere.

Withabitofluk traded at 25% or less of Betfair SP and 50% or less of Betfair SP on 2 of its last 5 starts.

Timeform Comments

Shellrunforbriggs (IRE)
Smooth-travelling mare who won a Limerick handicap hurdle in good style last season prior to following up decisively in maiden chase at Kilbeggan in May. Confirmed herself still in good form when second in Galway handicap hurdle a fortnight ago and open to further progress now back chasing.
Mywayofthinkin (IRE)
Winning hurdler who was brought along steadily over fences last season before failing to get home over a testing 2½m on handicap chase debut at Naas in February. Yard is in good form at present and will be worth noting should the market speak in his favour on return.
Koori Star (IRE)
Fairly useful winning hurdler who has yet to prove as effective as a chaser and, though well treated on the pick of his hurdling efforts, he was disappointing when last seen over fences in August and is unlikely to benefit from this marked drop back in trip.
Luimneach (IRE)
Has made a positive start for current yard this season, winning twice, including 6-runner 2½m handicap at Gowran in October (cruised clear). Shaped as if still in good form off revised mark at Wexford last time but will need to take his form up another notch if he's to defy his current mark.
Withabitofluk
Runner-up in maiden hurdles at Listowel in May and Cork in July, and shaped as though needing the run before being brought down back at the former track on handicap debut in September. Looks stable second-string on chasing debut.
Moylussa (IRE)
Narrow maiden hurdle winner 2 years ago and winless since, but he has made the frame on 4 of his last 5 starts, including when second to Claude in a Cork novice chase last month, form boosted by the winner since; looks fairly treated back in a handicap and merits consideration.
Takenasred (IRE)
Fair placed form over hurdles last season. Likely had handicaps in mind when well held in a couple of maiden chases 5 months apart this year. Opening mark looks a reasonable one on the pick of his hurdle form and any support in the betting should be noted.
Giant Haystacks (IRE)
Won a 0-100 handicap chase in good style at Wexford in July and bounced back to that level when winning an extended 21f amateur handicap at Punchestown last month. Remains on a workable mark despite 6 lb rise, but consistency has never been his strong suit.
Latopix (FR)
French bumper winner who has made the frame on 4 of her 7 hurdle starts for this yard, including in a 17-runner Navan handicap in September. Ran poorly upped in trip last time but no surprise were she to prove a different prospect now chasing, with cheekpieces replacing blinkers.
