GALWAY REEL looks set to make it 3-3 since joining the excellent Olly Murphy stable. The main danger could be Impatient, who won this corresponding race in 2023 and went close off this mark last season.

Minella Blueway (IRE)
Completed a fairly useful double off this mark at end of 2024/25 season. Back in class 4 company first time since following a hit-and-miss spell last season. Needs a betting check with Adam Wedge returning (on for 3 previous wins).
Impatient (FR)
Winner of 2023 renewal of this race (only fifth in 2024). Back on the up when scoring decisively at Huntingdon before going close off this mark at Market Rasen in February. Capable fresh and no surprise if he bounces back from below-par run at end of last season.
Solar System (FR)
Fair 3-time winning hurdler. Borderline fairly useful effort when 3 lengths third on chasing debut in March. Spared a hard race when beaten in better race at Haydock the following month. Still unexposed over fences (from useful chasing family) and needs a second look back down in grade.
Galway Reel (IRE)
Has proved a different proposition since joining Olly Murphy (2-2), winning a handicap hurdle and chase at Market Rasen in recent weeks. Almost certainly still ahead of handicapper and can make it a hat-trick.
Slim Marvel (FR)
Fair handicap hurdler who hasn't won since 2024. Best effort of 4 starts for present yard came when runner-up in 3m handicap here in March. Something to find on that bare form, though has undergone a breathing operation ahead of her return/belated chasing debut.
Fame And Fun (IRE)
Revived by a return to positive tactics/refitting of cheekpieces when winning at Fontwell (21.5f, heavy) in January 2025. In good form with 3 consecutive places in summer handicap hurdles later that year. Entitled to be better for a run following 15-month absence, though.
Jack's Jury (IRE)
Dual handicap hurdle winner who is relatively consistent. Finished third at this track on chasing debut in May. Could be worth another chance to build on that stepping back up in trip, with yard ending 4-month drought earlier in week.
