Timeform View

The betting will be informative. Irish point winner LADY JETFIRE gets the vote to make a successful start to her Rules career for Jamie Snowden. Belle Noire, whose stable has a very healthy bumper strike rate, Olly Murphy's Who's That Lady and ready point winner Lutece Borget are other interesting contenders.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

The pace doesn’t look like being overly strong here and Lutece Borget should still be served best by being ridden prominently: The forecast decent pace still isn’t likely to sway the advantage towards those usually ridden further back such as is Div Ine Glance.

Timeform Comments

Afraidso (IRE)
£5,000 Affinisea mare. Half-sister to German 1m winner Lucky Empress. Has had a breathing operation. Worth a look in the betting with Sandy Thomson among the winners.
Belle Noire (IRE)
€11,000 Wings of Eagles filly. Half-sister to 3 winners, including fairly useful hurdler/useful chaser Locker Room Talk and fairly useful hurdler Carnspindle. Newcomer from a local stable with a strong bumper record. Market confidence significant.
Betsy Bluesky
Dragon Dancer filly. Dam (b86) bumper winner out of hurdle winner around 2m (stayed 2½m) Lady Bluesky. Yard gets the odd bumper winner.
Ciel D'azur (IRE)
£14,000 Blue Bresil filly. Half-sister to bumper winner Katie Tay. Best watched unless the betting suggests otherwise.
Div Ine Glance
Has shown ability in 2 bumpers 7 months apart but bred more for stamina than speed and might not really come into her own until jumping over longer trips.
Lady Jetfire (IRE)
Irish point winner who has joined a yard with a strong bumper record. Likely type.
Lady Scarphia
Wings of Eagles mare who is a half-sister to connections' dual bumper winner You Be Lucky Jean. Placed in good-ground bumpers at Kelso and Sedgefield this autumn but the form isn't anything special.
Lake Nagambie (IRE)
£40,000 purchase after easily winning sole start in Irish points (May 2026). Needs checking out in the betting.
Lutece Borget (FR)
Easy winner of sole start in Irish points in March. It'll be very interesting to see what the betting makes of this one.
Oakstead Park (IRE)
Eighth of 14 in bumper at Ludlow (2m, good, 25/1) on debut in April and bred to require a greater stamina test than these races tend to provide.
Who's That Lady (IRE)
Vadamos filly. Dam 1¼m winner who stayed 1½m. Highly respected on debut for leading stable.
