WESTERN MODEL's latest Sligo third came in a race which has worked out really well and he's taken to open his chase account now. Il Silenzio has a solid chase record and is second choice ahead of recent Sligo hurdle winner Moorish Castle, who appeals as one likely to take to fences.

Won handicap hurdle at Roscommon in July and has shaped well when placed off his lower chase mark on his last 2 outings, latterly in a Sligo race from which a host of next-time-out winners emerged. A bold bid is anticipated.

10/1, career best when winning 15-runner handicap chase at Killarney (23f, good to soft) 36 days ago, all out. A 5 lb rise demands another improved performance.
