PORT GLEN ONE made short work of 2 rivals at Market Rasen a month ago and this point winner can extend his sequence to 3 under a penalty. Wild Wescht must have had an issue or 2 since contesting a couple of points but the market may tell a tale.

Timeform Comments

Port Glen One (IRE)
Made a winning debut in the Irish pointing field in May and did likewise sent hurdling at Market Rasen a month ago, readily. Will leave bare form behind and capable of defying a penalty against this opposition.
Templar Knight
Frammassone gelding. Dam, refused only start over hurdles, 1m/8.3f winner on Flat. Merely hinted at ability in an all-weather bumper here a week ago. Hood fitted up in trip now hurdling.
Unknown Stranger (IRE)
€35,000 3-y-o, Maxios gelding. Some substance to the form of his consecutive fourth-place finishes in points but pulled up both starts under Rules at Fontwell last month.
Wild Wescht (IRE)
€50,000 3-y-o, second foal, dam unraced half-sister to useful hurdler/smart chaser (winner up to 3m) Stolen Silver out of French hurdler/chase winner up to 19f Change Partner. Made frame both starts in Irish points in late-2024. Taken a long time to get him back but he's in very capable hands.
Storm Dudley
Territories gelding. Dam, maiden on Flat (stayed 1½m), half-sister to useful Flat performers Dynamic (stayed 10.5f) and Cay Dancer (stayed 1½m) and from very good family. Has a good Flat pedigree but didn't show much in a Worcester bumper in June.
