FUUSLAND is going the right way and looks on a workable mark for his handicap bow. He gets the nod. Live To Laugh and Well Bud head the list of dangers.

Timeform Comments

My Trump Card (IRE)
Capitalised on a much-reduced mark when landing 2m handicap hurdle at Kilbeggan in September and back to that sort of form when creditable fifth of 11 in handicap hurdle at Gowran (3m, good to soft) 38 days ago. Booking of Smithers a plus.
Siege Of Carthage (IRE)
Off the mark in a Limerick maiden on hurdling debut and made the frame on several occasions since, latest when fourth of 6 in listed hurdle at Cork (3m, good to soft, 20/1) 9 days ago. Looks on a stiff mark for his handicap hurdle debut, though.
Rich Belief
Won a claiming hurdle at Wexford in May and has been placed in similar events since. Arrives on back of victory on Flat at Musselburgh so must enter calculations.
The Friday Man
Big price and made a low-key stable debut at Gowran last month and pulled up (badly hampered) at Cork since. This run should reveal more.
Moonovercloon (IRE)
On a long losing run and return to hurdling at Gowran for new connections didn't offer much encouragement.
Well Bud (IRE)
Much improved when winning 10-runner novice hurdle (10/3) at this course (2½m, good) 36 days ago. Tries longer trip on handicap debut and may have more to offer yet.
Live To Laugh (IRE)
Dual-chase winner who opened account over the smaller obstacles when easily 18-runner handicap hurdle at Punchestown (3m, good to soft, 3/1) 28 days ago by 10 lengths from Warmer Days Ahead. Raised 14 lb since but is not taken lightly here.
West Is Awake (IRE)
Not scored for some time but knocking at the door earlier in the year, finishing runner-up in a big-field handicap for a second successive start at Cork (3m) back in April. Nowhere near that form on return at Roscommon in September, however.
Knocknagoran Lady (IRE)
Strong-travelling mare who has really upped her game this season, winning 3 handicap hurdles over staying trips. Clearly wasn't right at Navan last time and must be respected here.
Warmer Days Ahead (FR)
Reacted well to a visor to make a winning reappearance at Kilbeggan in September and backed that up when creditable 10 lengths second of 18 to Live To Laugh in handicap hurdle at Punchestown (3m, good to soft, 5/1) 28 days ago, Each-way claims.
Fuusland (IRE)
Lightly-raced maiden who posted his best effort over hurdles when very good second of 5 in novice at Sligo (3¼m, soft) 18 days ago. Looks fairly treated on handicap debut and is one for the shortlist.
Scotty Joe (IRE)
Point winner who shaped quite well on hurdles bow at Kilbeggan in May. Not built on that since and needs to find improvement on switch to handicapping.
Pilgrims Walk (IRE)
Consistent sort who made the frame again when creditable 14¼ lengths third of 18 to Live To Laugh in handicap hurdle at Punchestown (3m, good to soft) 28 days ago, faring best of those held up. Not out of things.
