Timeform View

PEDROS DREAM confirmed the improvement he showed on handicap debut when runner-up here last time, despite having not been seen to best effect, and he could be ready to get off the mark. Nogo's Dream remains on a handy mark and is capable of being in the mix once more, along with Kiss And Run who has conditions to suit.

Timeform Comments

Burdett Estate (IRE)
Landed a 5f Wolverhampton novice on second of 2 starts last year. However, has offered little in a trio of handicaps, again racing freely over 1m when tailed off at Leicester on latest outing.
Born Slippy
Winner of a Ffos Las nursery last summer and good efforts on final 2 starts of the campaign. Has run poorly in 2 handicaps at Goodwood this season, though.
Over Spiced
Successful at this course in May and placed on several occasions since. Soon bounced back from a lesser effort when scoring here 10 days ago and she can give another good account under a penalty.
Maharajas Express
Course winner who has proved at least as good as ever this season, successful at Chester in July and Doncaster in September. However, having gone back up 4 lb in the weights he found life tougher when eighth of 12 here last time.
Nogo's Dream
Quirky sort who is without a win this year, though didn't do a lot wrong when going close at Wolverhampton a month ago. Is still 7 lb below his last winning mark so he merits consideration.
Mumayaz (IRE)
Rejoined this yard from James Owen in March and ran out an easy winner at Leicester (6f) in May. Mixed bag since, but having eased back down in the weights he scored again over the same C&D 5 weeks ago.
Perfect Location
Much improved in first-time cheekpieces when doubling her tally in handicap at Goodwood (heavy) in June. Hasn't kicked on since, switched to a visor when well held at Kempton 22 days ago.
Musical Soldier (IRE)
Has taken his form up a notch fitted with cheekpieces, completing a hat-trick in comfortable fashion at Lingfield (7f, all-weather) in August. Has shaped well when runner-up at the same course (1m) and Kempton (7f) since. Yet to race on ground softer than good on turf.
Kiss And Run
Ended long losing run on heavy ground at Goodwood (5f) in September. Hasn't been in quite the same form since (at this course the last twice), but was placed here on final 3 starts last season and return to more testing conditions promises to be in her favour.
Gelato (IRE)
Made second start for current yard a winning one in handicap at Ffos Las (7.5f, soft) in June. Below form both subsequent outings, fifth of 10 on heavy ground at Haydock 8 weeks ago.
Punchbowl Flyer (IRE)
Won back-to-back handicaps at Chepstow and Ffos Las in June. Hasn't been able to match that form in his last 4 races, well-beaten fifth of 6 at Hamilton on latest.
Thunderous Love
Runner-up twice this summer, looking unlucky not to win after suffering interference at Nottingham (6f) in August. Arrives on the back of a couple of lesser efforts, though, fifth of 9 at Yarmouth 9 days ago.
Pedros Dream
Much improved switched to turf when runner-up at Windsor (5f) on handicap bow last month. Backed up that effort when filling the same position in 14-runner contest here 3 weeks ago, despite being denied a clear run. Major player.
